The secretary for administrative services and Dalton Education Foundation will provide general clerical support for the deputy superintendent, school support, and the Dalton Education Foundation. This position will assist with clerical support to include correspondence, filing management, telephone calls, visitor assistance, meeting planning and support, student information systems support, student disciplinary hearing scheduling and correspondence, as well as other assigned duties. Qualifications: - A minimum of high school diploma. - Excellent oral and written English/Spanish
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's Degree or higher - Prior experience as an administrative assistant
- Prior experience with web-based programs Work Schedule: This position works 225 days and follows the 12-month employee calendar. Regular workday hours are scheduled daily 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday unless otherwise directed.
